Love, Laughter and Happily Ever After.
With harvest still underway, the groom was straight out of the fields of 'Noondoo', Dirranbandi and headed for his future in-laws home 'Kimora' on the outskirts of Stanthorpe.
Tyler was swapping the dusty plains, 48 degree heat and lonely, long hours header driving for rolling green hills, cool crisp nights and being surrounded by family and friends.
I met Tyler and Emma the afternoon before their big day. A gorgeous Emma with her vivacious and friendly personality welcomed me with a big hug and we hit it off immediately. Despite his boyish good looks, I will be honest; I was a little concerned that Tyler might not be a big fan of the camera with his cheeky yet shy nature.
Well, I couldn't have been more wrong!
This bloke was completely smitten with his Bride and luckily for me, he was not holding back on his emotions or public displays of affection.
For something a little different, the couple requested that photos of the bridal party be taken prior to the ceremony and it worked brilliantly. As Tyler waited nervously along the creek, his beautiful bride crept up behind him before the big reveal. As they held each other tightly tears of happiness streamed down their faces. In that moment everyone and everything around these two seemed to disappear, leaving them to focus only each other and the love that they share.
I know what you might be thinking. So, what was it like when the ceremony came around. Well, it was exactly like any other ceremony; full of anticipation, excitement and sentiment. Em arrived in style, was escorted by her brothers and nephews before handing her over to her parents, who presented her to Tyler, who was waiting with a smile from ear to ear. In a heartfelt ceremony they then declared their love for each other, this time in front of their nearest and dearest.
Mr & Mrs Adams relaxed with guests, soaking up the atmosphere before retreating into the charmingly, styled marquee for dinner and speeches.
The father-of-the-bride, Kim broke the ice with the first speech of the evening when he produced a speech that his wife didn't know about yet alone had the chance to proof read. The contents were met with an eruption of laughter from guests and shock and embarrassment from his wife, Deb and children, as he introduced each of his four children whilst recalling where each one was conceived.
Laughter and chatter continued into the evening before dancing the night away under a blanket of stars.
Congratulations Tyler and Em and thank you for the opportunity to capture your special day. It was an absolute pleasure and Em, I was blown away by the hospitality of your family.
I wish you every happiness for the future and a lifetime of continuing to make each other smile x
